I have recently used McCormick Contracting on a project on our newly purchased home in Morris County. This is second time I have used them, once at my previous home and now at the new. Kevin and Ritchie who are the McCormick's and their skilled workers did a wonderful job on our new home. In addition, the sub contractors that are part of the McCormick arsenal, in our case, tile, insulation, outside railing, garage doors, hard wood floors and painting are literally the best folks I have had to work with in my 35 years of owning homes. We recently hired Kevin and his team to install a new exterior front door, and we couldn't be happier with the job they did. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and handled with genuine care and professionalism. Throughout the day they were clean, thorough, and respectful of our home. They took the time to clean up as they worked and left nothing behind (I think my garage was actually cleaner than before they got there). I highly recommend Kevin and his team to anyone and appreciate the outstanding job they did at a very reasonable price.

We have recently used Kevin and his team for two major projects in our home. In 2023 it was a complete renovation of our main bathroom. In 2024, it was a complete kitchen renovation. Kevin was sensitive to the disruptions that these types of projects can cause and worked with us to minimize that. Inspections were lined up as demo began, so that work could be completed efficiently. Attention was paid to cleanup at the end of each day. Kevin’s suggestions for a temporary kitchen helped tremendously. He surrounds himself with people (both employees and sub-contractors) who are not only highly skilled but are genuinely good people. Richie, his brother, is an amazing finish carpenter. Our kitchen designer noted that his work on the cabinet installation was some of the best she has seen

Kevin and his team just completed a deck project for us. We couldn’t be happier with the job. Through all phases of the project Kevin did just what he promised. For example, the dumpster arrived on time, all materials were delivered on the promised date and the project started on the promised date. No surprises – everything was completed as promised. We used TimberTech decking with metal railings. The workmanship was outstanding. Our new deck is solid – no bounce at all. The corners fit tight and the metal railing is perfect. The project pricing was fair, we had 3 quotes and Kevin’s was the most competitive. Based on our project, I would recommend McCormack Contracting for a deck project. J Phillips
