We had a leak in our roof above the covered patio. We got a few different bids on both just the covered patio, and doing the whole entire roof. Rick was on time to the first appointment (actually he patiently waited for me!), and I found him to be very honest and straightforward. He let me know that we didn’t need to do the whole project right now, and gave helpful suggestions on what was absolutely necessary to have redone immediately to stop the leak. He even helped me onto the roof (and off) so I could see the problem areas myself. We ended up choosing Ricks team and we are so happy with the job they did. They were on time to the job the day they were supposed to start, and Cleaned up as they went and left our yard in perfect condition. Everything looks great and we’re very happy

Donny from Crandell Roofing really knows his stuff. I've worked with roofers in the past that weren't ethical and would always try to up-sell jobs. I like that Donny tells you the exact problems with your roof, what all of your options are, and leaves it to you to decide what to do next. It's great to have a roofer that you can trust.
