I can not say enough about how amazing the customer service has been from this company. They came out with very short notice and fixed a clogged pump. Josh was amazing and told me every step of the way what the plan was. Unfortunately, the issue seemed to come back a few days later and they immediately sent Edgar out to check it out. The issue was a valve that they don’t work on. They had already been in contact with another company on the way to my house who handles that and set me up for someone to come out and fix it that day! Edgar was so helpful throughout. We will be lifetime customers after these last encounters! Thank you Craven Ag!!!!

I cannot tell you how thankful we are for the reliability and quick service of this company. Our service guy was knowledgeable, understanding, and thorough. The hazardous rocks originate from the driveway due to the large trucks entering the road. Vehicles traveling on Highway 55 are causing rocks from the road to be propelled onto other cars. Right across from the church. It's disrespectful and uncaring.

I had best experience with Edgar on my septic system. I first had him pump out my septic and grease tanks. After that we discovered that the distribution box to my septic and drain field was busted and to get replaced. I was able to replace the distribution box thanks to Edgar. Edgar is an honest, super knowledgeable and a great contractor. Thanks a bunch Edgar and Craven AG.
