Crawl Pros identified that under our house we had dead rodent carcasses, rodent droppings, and severe damage to insulation and visqueen. They removed the carcasses and droppings, replaced the insulation and visqueen, and filled holes in the foundation and between the house and crawl space around pipes and wiring with steel wool and/or foam to prevent future rodent infestations. Our first floor spaces were noticeably warmer afterwards. All Crawl Pro employees were highly professional, polite, and highly skilled. Their excellent work was done promptly and timely. Many photos, both before and after, were taken and supplied to us. All for a reasonable price. And, we had absolutely no mess afterwards! Thank you, Crawl Pros.

I had old insulation and rodents issue in my crawl space. I got 5 estimates to replace, crawl Pro was the second highest price. I chose them and I am so happy with their service. Choose Crawl Pros for crawl space and attic rejuvenation!!!!!! You will be very happy with their service, the products and the budget friendly price! Our crawl space needed to be cleaned due to rodent damage and water intrusion years ago. We knew about the water intrusion and resolved the issue but never replaced the vapor barrier. We did not know about the rodent issue . A recent pest inspection revealed the rodent issue. Crawl Pros rejuvenated a space for our neighbors a few years back and more recently , a coworker. Both were very happy with the services . Crawl Pros was our first call. Friendly customer service and a prompt appointment for their inspection. We decided to have the attic rejuvenated as well. Crawl Pros is an awesome company!! Cole and one other worker did a fantastic job cleaning and sanitizing our attic. They arrived on time, worked hard and left everything neat and in great shape! Their prices are very reasonable for all the hard work they do! They will be coming back later to install new insulation. We highly recommend this great company!

I initially picked this company because I felt that the sales representative was thorough and respectful. We moved into a house that was built in the 1900s and it needed to be insulated in the basement and stated in the contract to have all entrance points for rats or mice to be screened off and or poured concrete to remove any of the entrances. We had lived in our house without any rodent problems two years prior to the insulation. Immediately after insulation was put into the basement we started to smell decaying smells. I went to the basement and was able to locate 3 dead rodents. I called the sales representative he came out and tried to locate a location of entrance that may have been missed during my extensive and expensive insulation project.
