We used this location of CSN a few years ago to encapsulate our crawl space. Got several different bids. They were the most thorough, honest and transparent and super nice. Very responsive. Gave us several options. This week called them for a service call just to check things out. Again fast and honest (all was well BTW). Doug was great

When James first came to my house ahe was immediately respectful and relatable. He was knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. The project manager, Mason, was also awesome to work with. The guys who did the work were top notch and did incredible work. They did full mold remediation and a encapsulation for me.

Crawl Space Ninja is an excellent company to work with and very highly recommend calling them when you need this type of work performed. The crew is professional, courteous and efficient. I had James Taylor from Charlotte out for a crawlspace inspection and estimate recently. He was highly professional and took the time to really explain what was going on under my house without being pushy.
