ServiceMaster DSI - Charlotte

Tyler and Christopher were sent by Nationwide Insurance to mitigate the water damage caused by an ice dam on our roof. They were very thorough when locating the problem and all the damage. They respected the property with minimal disruption even when they had to remove sheet rock, insulation, cut out some of our hardwood and tile floors. They explained the process setup heaters and humidifiers and checked on the progress over a 72+ hour time period.

The ServiceMaster Team of Scott Clewis and Kenny Blake, and the other Scott were AMAZING partners to me for the full first floor restoration of my home due to a flood. ServiceMaster literally came on the scene after my first contractor company delayed my restoration process and I quickly made an exit from them. ServiceMaster picked up the ball and ran with it by giving my situation immediate attention. They delivered what was promised by ensuring full attention to detail and my house was made whole. ServiceMaster’s client experience was EXCELLENT because they made me feel as though I was their only client even though I know they are booked with several clients. I wholeheartedly recommend their company to anyone in need of restoration based on my experience.

This company is simply amazing!!!! My upstairs bathroom flooded who knew water could do sound damage 😬😳. At first I wanted a personal referral and reach out to a few contractors. When that didn’t work out I went this the insurance company recommendation and I’m so glad I did!! Y’all I worked with Kevin and Josh. They reassured me of any fears I had with working with strangers. The whole process was done in such a timely and professional matter I hate I didn’t just go with them 1st. But I would definitely recommend, actually I did recommend to a friend whose hot water heater leaked in their attic. If I could give over 5 stars I would. It wasn’t just abut the work but all around service.

The Customer service was not good at all. The service people And the insurance company were not connected and did not Set the expectation well regarding what to expect with this service. The mitigation person Did not show when he was expected on a couple of occasions and left equipment behind. The repair people did a good job, but again scheduling was an issue.

Ty and Christian were awesome to work with. Both of them had great personalities, were on time and understoid the assignment.
