Excellent company to work with! They were more knowledgeable and less expensive than the other qualified insulation companies PSE uses for their Weatherization Rebates, so we used their service for blowing insulation into the exterior walls of a 110 year old 2-story +basement house. They were timely, communicative, fast, flexible with changing timelines, and cleaned up well when the job was complete. Manny, Carlos, and crew are very professional. We highly recommend this company.

Why give people quotes that are incorrect, incomplete? Was told after a huge hiccup in my job (sprayer broke in the middle of their work, no back ups, couldn’t come back until the following day with NO insulation in the middle of winter) that I needed additional screens for my attic to ensure pests aren’t getting in. That originally, it was not in my quote, but they must do something to be able to continue work. They proceeded to tell me they put screens up, but “not the ideal way” as they didn’t have the materials because it wasn’t premeditated for the job. Well, thanks for nothing, already can hear stuff crawling around in my $7,000 new insulated attic. Crawls & Attics Total Energy Sol'ns cleaned out and applied spray foam in our crawlspace, and provided ventilation work in our attic. These guys were wonderful! The estimator and crew were professional, took the time to explain the scope of work for each project and answer all of our questions, ensured we could use PSE rebate options to the fullest, and worked with integrity, honesty and transparency. Upfront and fair on pricing. They were recommended by PSE Energy, and I am happy to pass along a strong recommendation.

Had this company come out and provide a free quote for the current PSE rebates being offered. Could not get an accurate quote and was mistreated and insulted for a month before they told me they don't offer the PSE rebates any longer. When I called PSE they informed me the company is still eligible for offering rebates and the rebate quotes the company provided were in fact incorrect. Filed complaint on PSE system to not use this contractor either. Crawls & Attics send you pretty fliers and good information that looks nice but cannot provide you with accurate pricing to reflect correct rebates nor do they have any customer service skills. Tried calling them for over a month, can never get a live person on the phone. When you call their number all you get is a recording giving you options

Great job with Air sealing and insulating a small attic area. These guys are pros. From the quick response for a quote, helping us define exactly what we needed, and getting the work done quickly, Crawls and Attics was on top of it.
