First of all, I cannot thank the CSC team during the whole process. Jake was our first contact. Extremely polite and professional. He did the inspection and we had a several alternatives presented to us. We chose the best alternative. Secondly, CSC customer service was great. Rhonda was helpful and we had a start date promptly. Let me say our crawlspace was a mess. Dirty, wet, insulation hanging down. I definitely did not want to go down there. The house is 36 yrs. old and this is something we should have done a long time ago. On the day planned Carter and his crew arrived. For two days they cleaned out all the insulation and junk from under the house. They treated the wood for mold. They put down tape-seamed thick mil white plastic over the floor and up the walls and piers. T

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. What a big difference this has made for my home. The team did a great job and explained everything in detail. If you have not done it, do it!

We took a leap of faith after meeting with Brandon to inspect our crawlspace and discuss the options available to correct the issue. The quote was very thorough and detailed as there were no hidden costs. Chris C and his crew did an excellent job with our crawl space encapsulation. Chris explained the process at the onset of the project and kept me updated throughout the project. His crew was professional, friendly and very thorough. It was a joy to watch people work that enjoyed their job. In the end we were extremely happy with the end product. I highly recommend Chris C and his team for your crawl space needs.

Crawl space care did the encapsulation of 2 dirt floor basement areas for us. Chris and his crew gave outstanding customer service even in assisting us with some heavy items that were NOT a part of the basic job scope. They did an excellent job of the encapsulation and have a good attention to detail, even take their shoes off to keep the new liner clean and they leave the area clean when done. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing to have this done.
