Ferguson's Garage Doors

My first and personal experience was a great one with Tyler and Ferguson’s Garage Door. I tried to use a company that I was familiar with, but wasn’t able to get the communication I was desperately looking for from them. My car was stuck in my garage and I had been bumming rides for the last couple of days. I googled garage door repair and Ferguson’s came up with a 5 star rating. I called and spoke to Tyler. His customer service skills were top tier. He was at my home and had repaired my garage within 2 hours of me calling him!!!! He was very courteous and kept a conversation going with me the entire time he was there. He had my garage fixed (replaced two coils) within 30 minutes of being there. Excellent work. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Tyler and his company

Tyler was excellent to work with. He took his time troubleshooting the issue, which made me feel comfortable with replacing a garage door opener, once we agreed that this was what was bad. Fergusons Garage Doors was there within a couple of days of scheduling the appointment with everything on the truck to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Ferguson’s for your garage door needs.

Ferguson Garage Doors answered my call and was able to give me a estimate for a new garage door the same day. Most companies had a 6 week turn around time to have a replacement in stock and installed. Ferguson Garage Doors had it shipped and installed within 2 weeks. Price was comparable to other companies for same size door but Ferguson got me a door with better supports for windy conditions.

We reached out to Ferguson’s Garage for help fixing one of our doors that would not open all the way. The team came out and fixed just the problem instead of trying to upsell me. Once I acquired about new installation, the price was fair and they had the job done in less than 2 hours. Very professional and knowledgeable about their products and services.

Very professional and courteous. Will definitely use again! Communicated with the owner even though it was a weekend. Tyler arrived and replaced the springs in my garagedoor in about an hour. He was very conscientious and gave me tips to keep the door running smoothly. Thank you!
