Crazy Frank's Carpet

I had flooring done in my bedroom less than 1 year ago I loved the work and it took 2 men one day to lay down my flooring but within the first month while gently sweeping my floor pieces were just coming off at the seams rolling and curling also when you walk on it it feels like your gonna crack it like there is no support underneath my husband called them countless times and finally he came out to look and agreed it needs fixing , they left we have begun the have of calling again and they say they are waiting on the manufacturer i, I really didn’t want to post and give them a chance to redeem themselves but they have not helped i’m retired and i paid for this work so i’m beyond grace at this point especially when i was walking on my floor barefoot and this big piece stabbed my foot ( h

This was the second time I've contracted Crazy Franks carpet They are quick on giving you a free quote when they come out and measure. Also their prices are reasonable and good quality carpet. Their staff is friendly and answer whatever questions and concerns you have in a timely manner. Would recommend 100% ask for Octavio and his team.

Very unprofessional Very rude and aggressive from the start. Tried to force me to buy the expensive carpet so she can make a buck. I highly DONT recommend this place. She's definitely a KAREN . And was very rude to her own co worker when he tried to help me get a better deal. All she cares about is the money. Saying that she's been in business for 40 years with only 10 reviews. Those reviews are lies. Please don't waste your time or money on this business. If you don't believe me walk in and see how she greets you. Just a very old angry disrespectful lady.
