CRDN of New Hampshire

The company is very pushy. Showed up at the wrong time. Added unplanned work for days they were scheduled to be there dragging things out. Returned "cleaned" items completely disassembled. Never let your insurance company hire this company.

When my father’s condo suffered water damage from a burst pipe, he brought his textiles to CRDN of Greater New Hampshire for a quote on cleaning. He then decided not to have the company do the work simply because it was outside of the budget he had set for cleaning. When a miscommunication occurred at the office and the staff cleaned his items even though he had declined their services, the owner Brian gifted the cleaning services because the mistake was his. That was almost $4000 worth of cleaning for free! Needless to say my family is grateful for the kind gesture, and would absolutely recommend CRDN to anyone else looking for cleaning services.

What can I say other than this company is full of liars and scammers. On Nov. 19th CRDN came and took our textiles for smoke damage. The following week they had their own fire (due to arson). We were told none of our items were damaged what-so-ever. After weeks of being non-communicative, we had to battle to get our stuff back. We finally received back our things, but they were DIRTIER and SMOKIER then before, with random holes and stains. More importantly, we were missing over $18k in items (many of which they DID NOT PUT ON THEIR INVENTORY LIST). I am under the belief that these (suddenly missing) items were stolen, as they were the most expensive things we own and many were brand new with-tags.
