I recently purchased and carpet installed in my home. The carpet itself is beautiful, but the workmanship of the installation is horrible. It took two days to install and we can see every seam that was made, this not the first time we’ve had carpet installed, my husband and I are both over 66. The seams are seen in every room it was installed. I know from experience that the installers we used before made sure the seams we in the least traffic area, these are in door openings and are already highly visible. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They left my house in a mess with carpet needing to vacuumed which took an hour to do, due to all the carpet debris left. When I talked to the people at the store, it made no difference, the man said the installer would reprimanded,

I loved everything about receiving new carpets. When we were trying desperately to get someone out to measure, money in hand we kept getting the run around by other places around town. Called creation carpets and they were out to measure immediately. When we decided to downsize the space we wanted carpeted they came back out to make sure their measurements. Got the carpets we ordered the 4th of July and installed the 5th. Stayed two days to install even left our home with the installer still there because we had to work. Very professional and we love our carpets. When we finish our house we will be ordering from them again!

Went searching for carpet for a cabin we purchased on Blacktail Lake in Williston. I went to Ikeating, and menards and Creations. We were looking to have something installed ASAP and we were able to chose one of the carpets they had in stock and they installed it next day!
