I had called and talked to mccody about coming out to my residence to fix my garage door. They came out Saturday, said they had to go back to their shop to see if they had the spring and would lmk either way if they did or didn’t. No response Saturday, Sunday and finally texted the tech Monday about 3 asking what the word was and didn’t get a response. Went to mccody and talked to them. Said they would have the tech come out first thing Tuesday morning. Called ps garage doors, let them know what was going on and they had a tech out there THAT evening and fixed my garage door. Ps garage has got my business for sure! Thank you for the prompt and professional service!
