Last summer they replaced to units at our property. The upstairs unit failed at the height of summer. Calls were ignored, and their mailbox was full. We paid on time every month to the finance company (14,000) We paid an outside company $800.00 the first time for freeon that was leaking out. The unit failed again last week. Mailbox is still full. Leak test needed. We drove down to Creative air at 8032 Deering Ave Canoga Park, CA 91304. The internet says that it’s Creative Air and that they are open. That’s a 45 minute drive for us. When we got there the name in the door was different but it was an HVAC company. They claimed that they were new to the building and that they had not heard of Creative air. Our system isn’t working and now we are about to spend above $1000.00 for a leak test

This company called my elderly grandmother who lives in Santa Barbara and scammed her. They called her to sell her a cleaning of her furnace equipment. Unfortunately, she said yes and once they arrived they attempted to sell her a whole new ducting system for $8,500. They made her sign a contract and issue a deposit right then and there. We then had the heating company who installed the heater not too long ago come take a look and they were shocked to say the least. They said her duct work is in fine condition and $8,500 is an absurd price for new ducting in her medium sized home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO KNOW NO BETTER.

!!!!DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! My thermostat and air conditioner stopped working after they did maintenance and added coolant. I called the company and the receptionist had no record of the service and I had to repeat all of the information to her more than twice. They then had me send a picture of the invoice like having to prove myself. The receptionist failed to call me back to follow up after she said she would. I called back and asked to speak to the manager, she stated they would call me back. I received a call from the receptionist, no manager. Only for her to tell me that they would charge $138 for a service call. My thermostat is powered by the home electricity so no reason it would stop working on its own. To sum things up they are extremely unorganized and unprofessional.

They tried to sell us a new air conditioning unit and stated we needed over $600 worth of Freon to keep our current system running. Wanted us to sign a contract for $5000 when we had another come out and only needed a part replaced for less than $300. Would NOT recommend this company. High pressure selling.

I am an HVAC service technician that has been in the industry for 30 years Today I went to an elderly ladies home for an estimate to replace her ductwork. She was told that her ducts need replacement. I inspected her attic and found that she already has R6 mylar ductwork that is in excellent condition. I also ran the air conditioner and found the airflow to be great. I was her second opinion thank goodness. Her first estimate was from this SCAM company CAS from Canoga Park She also told me that they cold called her with a great offer for a Tuneup Special. Miguel the technician also told her that they were from Apple Valley Straight out lie. Avoid this company like the plague. If you need work in the high desert, call an honest local company to provide your needs. I hate that these companie
