My wife and I were happy with the price of an estimate we received and we were looking forward with doing business with Creative Cabinets but then they flat out ignored us. The gentleman who gave us our estimate said he would contact us soon about coming out for measurements (spoiler alert... it never happened). Long story short After several unanswered phone calls and messages we decided to take our business elsewhere. What began as a pleasant buying experience turned into a tremendous let down. I hope Creative Cabinets doesn't treat all their customers this way.
