Absolutely professional, courteous and very clean. I was all prepared to vacuum and move furniture after they were finished for the day when I heard them vacuuming and all furniture was put back in place. They even made sure all wire end that were cut outside during install were picked up. The product is amazing, easy to use and maintain and very comfortable and quiet! Extremely worth the investment and what a professional experience. Highly recommend!!

Tim and his two assistants were very thorough and meticulous with the installation of the ductless system. They explained every step of the process and I felt very comfortable with them. I would highly recommend Creative Comfort to anyone interested in a ductless ac/heating system.
