My HVAC unit stopped working on a cold January Friday. I called Zola’s and they sent a service rep immediately. He diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and Monday installed it. Their communication from start to finish was thorough and professional. They started the repair immediately and finished the repair early. Handling this entire process over the phone was so helpful. And finally, the charges were fair and very reasonable . I would tell anyone that Zolais doing a great job

Just had our oil burner cleaned. Our scheduler was very pleasant and was great about sending reminders. James came promptly and did a great job! He answered all our questions and was very personable. Very knowledgeable technician with a pleasant demeanor. We were very pleased with the service from Zola's.

It was suggested that we install a ductless AC system. We were very pleased with the Mitsubishi mini-split system that was installed. Zola’s installers did neat and careful job, resolving all issues that came up. They were pleasant to work with, and the system works great! Finally, cool, dry air in the summer! We’ll test the warm air later. Thanks
