Our toddlers room wasn’t cooling down and we were very worried. Creative Comfort Solutions came out quickly, diagnosed and fixed our problem immediately! Ismael was knowledgeable and informative. He involved us in the process and left us feeling super comfortable and happy. He also was so respectful and wore shoe covers, which others in the past had not! We are just super satisfied with Creative Comfort Solutions and definitely recommend them, 5 Stars!!

Creative Comfort Solutions was highly recommended to us when our AC was blowing hot air and they did not disappoint. Ismael was able to come by the next day and was thorough evaluating the problem even contacting the AC maker to arrange for this to fall under our warranty. After the fix he wasn't comfortable with the numbers he was seeing so he ordered another part under warranty to make sure the fix was absolutely correct. It's been awhile since I've seen this level of service, thank you Ismael!
