Wife and I had a phenomenal experience! We were in need of a recirculation pump/system in our home because we got tired of wasting hundreds of gallons of water every week just waiting for hot water. Elaine was so polite and accommodating with scheduling, and Mark, Master Plumber, knocked it out of the park with excellent customer service and highest quality of work. The cherry on top of everything else was the price was very reasonable and they used top quality products!

Mark was so helpful in fixing the errors a previous plumber made. He came out to assess the problem, then again to replace the shower valve. He double checked everything the other company touched to ensure we wouldn’t have any more surprises. Mark explained everything, and got our leak fixed quickly without disturbing the tile work. Highly recommend! Thanks Mark!!

I called Mend Services to help me with my water heater that I knew needed replacing. They dispatched Mark to come the next day and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to move things around and work late to make sure I had a new water heater the day after he gave me a consultation. I ended up also signing up for their service agreement and feel great about knowing I have a whole team that I can call when problems arise.

Big shoutout to Mark at MEND Services !! He killed it! Super straight-up, no BS, and handled everything start to finish. Not only did he install our water softener, but he patched up the drywall AND fixed the outside bricks after installing a pipe so we didn’t even need another contractor. He even double checked all the water inside the house which made us feel 100% taken care of. Honestly, 10/10 recommend !! dude’s a legend!

Reached out to Mend on a hope and prayer after our home AC stopped cooling. They were able to schedule a visit quickly and our technician Evan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to identify the leak and saved us some $$ to use on the potential replacement. So far so great and would recommend their services again!!
