Upon arrival, the issue was addressed quickly and the technician educated me on why the problem occurred. The technician explained to me how to avoid similar problems in the future. They stand behind their work and come back without charge if it appears that something went wrong that should not have. Once when it took several tries to correct a complex equipment failure, they did not charge me for multiple visits or parts- just the final correct part that did the trick.
