GEN3 Electric & HVAC

Called to get an electric garage heater connected to 220 in my panel. In <24hrs it was connected. Will was extremely professional and his work shows the pride he takes in it. During the install he noted some other improvements and was able to complete it all in the same visit too!!

We had Karl Sparks from Gen3 out for an electrical inspection and ultimately decided to replace all of the outlets and switches in our home. He took the time to explain what was a true safety concern versus what was simply recommended modernization, and he answered all of our questions clearly and patiently. He walked us through the options, explained the grounding issue we had, and made sure we understood how everything worked before moving forward. The work was clean, professional, and thorough, including upgrading our exterior outlet to a weather-resistant setup. Overall, we felt informed and confident in the decision. Really appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail.

Evan is a knowledgeable and personable representative for your company. He was on time, and he took a solid amount of time to evaluate my house and explain the extent of the work to be done. While I find the price to be somewhat daunting. This was just the first estimate I procured. I promised Evan that I would get back to him once I have spoken to a couple other companies.

Ed did an amazing job with our electrical needs and brought us peace of mind during our moving process. He was prompt, professional, and courteous in his approach. He took the time to explain the repair/installation process. The fan in our bathroom looks like it has always been there. We really enjoyed working with Ed!
