I own a manufacturing company in Menomonee Falls and recently used Creative Counters to complete a customer’s kitchen renovation. My customer was SO thrilled with how everything turned out. Purchased my white quartz countertops from Jonathan at Professional Flooring in Beaver Dam on 11/23 and was told they would be installed in 2 to 3 weeks. Creative counters were the installers it wasn't scheduled until January 9th, so much for 2 to 3 weeks. When Creative Counters came to install, they cracked one of my newly finished cabinets, didn't put silicone around the sink, so it leaked, and the counters were not leveled they looked warped island. I contacted Jonathan at Professional Flooring and showed him pictures and asked if he wanted to come to my house to see these issues in person he said he would let the installers at creative counters know. I recently completed a kitchen remodel with Professional Floor Coverings out of Beaver Dam, and as part of our project Creative Countertops, Inc provided our counter tops. Upon initial install, one piece was cut a quarter inch or so short and one piece was still in fabrication. Additionally, there were two adjoining pieces that had natural but significant mismatch in color. This company stood by their work and came back out and FIXED EVERY minor flaw so the project was done right! They had excellent communication with regards to their scheduling and 30 minute heads up upon their arrival. The were careful around our newly installed cabinets and backsplash. I saw some of the other reviews on here and don't want to discredit other's experiences, but our experience was vastly different.

I met with Joe the owner. He gave us a great quote on our countertops. We had quartz countertops and a new sink installed and the final project is just beautiful. Thank you to Barb who was also was very helpful and kind and the entire crew, John, Josh, Jake and Dan who made this a great experience working with Creative Counters. Gloria Serio
