Called and left a message, which was promptly returned by Jim the owner. I explained my regular guy was booked and needed someone fast as I just overseeded my lawn. He gave me an appointment literally 2 days later. My tech Joe arrived, he was personable and knowledgeable. Joe troubleshooted my system and gave me options. At no time was he pushy or seemed to want to force me to spend money. Joe was a straight shooter and would definitely recommend Creative Sprinkler Design. At the end of the day my sprinkler system is working great and I was happy with the pricing.

I was in the process is selling my home and noticed one of my zones was receiving little water pressure. Being somewhat handy and often do repairs myself, I tried to find the cause and had uncovered major root growth around my feeder pipe under my sidewalk. This was beyond my capabilities. I called Creative through a recommendation from my neighbor and Jim the owner promptly returned my call. He had a crew at my house in a few hours and the problem was fixed in about 30 minutes. Fantastic company. Excellent quality work. My system has been in place for more than 20 years. The only thing I have changed are a few heads that the springs inside wear out. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Best sprinkler company in the area. Always responsive with reasonable prices. They installed my system about 25 years ago and have maintained it ever since. The is the ONE TO USE!!!
