Creative Design Landscapes

Creative Design Landscapes has terrible customer service and zero follow up with their customers. I have called three times over two weeks inquiring about travertine repair for a pool deck that they did at my residence, and each time a message is taken but no one ever calls back. There are 44 tiles severely cracked and broken. I’m simply trying to see if there’s a warranty for the work they did, and if there isn’t or it’s passed the timeframe, if they could repair it and what their fee structure is for that. A simple call to discuss this is too difficult for them. Clearly, this isn’t a company that stands by their work or follows up with customer concerns. Two weeks is ample time for someone to reach out, but this company falls short on service, follow through, and simple communication. S
