Awesome job completed by Abbey Floors and More. They removed the tub, raised the ceiling and completed all in five days. The staff were incredible with helping us with our tile selection and layout decisions. Will be using them for the rest of our houses in the very near future.

It was a pleasure to do business with Abbey Flooring. We knew from the moment we entered the store that we wanted to do business with them. The first person to greet us and direct us to the type of flooring we were interested in was Brianna. She let us take several samples to take home to test out. We took them back and got another one. When we decided on which flooring we wanted Lauren came out and measured our rooms and gave us her expert advice on which sample she thought looked Best. She then ordered the flooring and gave us a date for installation. Our installers were Terry and Selena. We were a little concerned at first because we did not think Selena would be strong enough to lift and move furniture around. We were very surprised because she was amazing. We purchased an older home that had been refurbished by flippers. Our home inspector missed critical issues with the sub floor and the way the vinyl plank flooring had been installed by the previous owners. We contacted two flooring contractors to get estimates to address problems we were having. The first one tried to upsell us on materials, and showed us a slick prestation, and a quote of 12K. We then called Abby Flooring (Now Creative Flooring). Lauren came out and was very knowledgeable. She showed us products that were an improvement over the failing big box crap on our floors, at lower cost than her competitor’s. Very knowledgeable staff they helped my wife and I with our backsplash project showing us samples/design ideas and we couldn’t be happier. Management made sure we felt like a priority even though our project was small and was there with their team every step of the way!

I am ever so thankful to this company. It was a real pleasure doing business with them. They were super friendly and the carpet players (father & son Team Louie)we very very nice. They even put a light bulb in my ceiling that was burnt out. I prefer to shop "Buy Local" you get what you need with without the disappointment. The prices of the carpets laid was great.
