They are handling the flooring for the first floor of our home renovation project (involves installing a little of 2000 of hardwood). They were quick to come and measure, have a huge variety of flooring options (including much higher quality options than you will find at Lowe’s or Home Depot for similar pricing), gave us a very good /very fair price when quoting out the project, and showed up to get everything installed the second they could do so. We had a delay because of our HVAC system (which apparently wasn’t working), but they came 3 days after it was up and running (wood needs to acclimate), checked everything, and then worked double time beginning at ungodly hours just to squeeze our floors in to their busy schedule. I had a customer tell me that their floors had been discontinued and they were just beside themselves after their kitchen and bathroom flooded and they were told by everyone that they would have to get a new floor that was different from the one that they loved so much. I just had these beautiful tiles put on my screened porch. It looks so beautiful. Creative flooring and the man that did the tile work did an awesome job. Great pricing and service and a wholesome, friendly bunch! They a backsplash and replaced bathroom and laundry room floors. Even pointed out some water damage that even home inspector missed.
