Installed our flooring over a year ago, found about a dozen small, but fixable issues… Called twice over 3 months to have these issues fixed , and was told we’d get a call back for an appointment. Year later and still no call or any type of motivation to fix the issues we found. Was also told we’d be left with an extra box of flooring (which we diddnt ask for but still wasn’t done) Here’s a pic showing an example of how our floor is coming up after installation. Left buckets of glue outside for us to clean up as well.
