Creative Flooring Solutions was a subcontractor with SERVPRO in the restoration of my kitchen. Tile installation was not done correctly. We called Creative Flooring Solutions to correct the problem. Two service calls later and it still is not right. We have porcelain tile cracking and grout coming up in the entire flooring system. They recommended non sealing grout system. Bottom line, as you can see from the pics, tile installer didn't butter the tiles. Didn't apply the mastic correctly. 2 of the 4 tiles lifted off with little effort and had ZERO mastic on the backside of the tile. Substandard tile installation, period. Our flooring system will most likely have to be completely replaced = double to triple the cost to me. DO NOT RECOMMEND CREATIVE FLOORING SOLUTIONS in VB. Save

We had the opportunity to use Creative Flooring to put in luxury vinyl plank and carpet throughout our rental property in the Outer Banks. We got quotes from three providers, and theirs was the best. Not only was it the best price, they made us feel like they wanted our business, where the other providers made us feel like they were doing us a favor by talking to us. This enthusiasm carried over into the planning for and execution of the job. They kept us well informed of logistics, timing, and any other issues we needed to be aware of. When it came to installation, they showed up when they said they would, and got the job done in the amount of time they estimated. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. The floors look great and we are happy to recommend them.

Creative Flooring Solutions installed beautiful plank flooring in my brand new home and I LOVE IT!!! Bill was understanding during the purchase of my home and had his crew lined up to start the job immediately after my closing. The work was complete with 48 hours. Creative Flooring Solutions is unprofessional. They have no geuine concern for the customers needs of the customers nor correcting their mistakes. They care about making quick $$ money. They didn't strip the floor before laying new tile. They placed new tile on the old existing tile. They did not fix a tack which is also a safety tripping hazard. They did not put tile on the sides of sink & behind the sink in the bathroom. I purchased a sink & installed it the year before we met this company & while my dad was alive. The guys that laid tile from Creative Flooring didn't put tile on the sides AND in back of it. How unprofessional. It was clear & visible. Anybody who walks into our home know that we dont go for that. Creative Flooring require part depósit before AND the other after the job

If you're a builder, contractor, or multi-family residential, there is no better place in this area for your flooring options. In a nutshell, on time great price and excellent finish product. The only reason I give them five stars is because they don't have a six-star option. Ask for Bill,. He's on point!
