Overall satisfied with the customer service and outcome of our patio remodel. Jim was very helpful and worked with me while I tried to figure out exactly what I was wanting. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was able to work with us and get our patio remodel complete within budget and on time. The crew that installed the pavers were very professional and timely. I was impressed by their attention to the little details. Will definitely have them back for future projects.

I have the same problems as many other reviewers here. I've called 7 times and have never received a call back. One week after moving into a new luxury home, this is one of three areas of my driveway. Shitty work and zero customer service. At least David Foster had a builder's warranty. My builder (PGI Homes in Cape Coral) sold to us through an LLC for the sole use of selling this home and refuses to back his work through a loop hole. Thankfully, Governor DeSantis is cracking down on this and the loop hole is closing.

I've called the company four times in the past three months without the courtesy of even one call back. I have a beautiful patio around my pool that has a small section that sinks. Unfortunately, I've had to pay someone else to fix it since they do not return calls.

Creative Imprints did the installation of the pavers on driveway and lanai during construction of my residence. Several of the pavers later required leveling due to settling of the subsurface. I notified the builder’s warranty manager who requested service. After a period of no contact, I phoned, left a message. No joy, reached out a total of 3 times. No contact. They do not respond to customer inquiries.

I can not say enough about this company! Very easy to work with, communicative, extremely hard working (worked through rain and stayed late), quality work, and so much more! They went above and beyond to execute exactly what we wanted (half court basketball court, turf, etc.). I highly recommend them for all your paving needs
