Creative Industries Terrazzo

I cannot tell whether this business has closed or is still open, as they have not responded to emails or phone calls since the beginning of 2022. I purchased two shower pans from Creative Industries, a small one in 2015, which I had no problems with, and a larger one in 2021. The larger shower pan had a major hidden crack, due to inadequate packaging for shipping, that was not discovered until after it arrived. Subsequently I ordered a replacement shower pan while waiting for the insurance settlement. However the shipping company refused to pay the full cost because the crack had not been noted when the shower pan was delivered to my bathroom contractor in Portland, OR. The shipping company eventually agreed to settle for 1/3 of the cost, asking that Creative Industries snd our contractor

Having been in the commercial mechanical industry for over 28 years, I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and unethical manufacturer. Creative Industries received payment for product in May of 2015 and have yet to deliver it in December 2015. That's seven months with $30,000 in payment and only half of the product manufactured and delivered. They are non-responsive to calls, e-mails, etc. Completely and utterly disgraceful!!!

Walked in completely clueless on what color and finishes to chose, the women in the office helped me and my wife decided everything. Fast manufacturing process and fair prices. Will come here again to order more
