Creative Interiors Carpet One Floor & Home

Creative flooring did the initial install 3 years ago. Which was perfect. One of the LVP boards became damaged. I reached out to Creative Flooring and they got my floor fixed right away at a minimal cost! Highly appreciate their professionalism! Cannot recommend enough!

We had new flooring installed in our entire house last year by Creative Interiors. Very professional and helpful from the first day looking at the samples to the finished product - love the results!! Can't recommend them enough - sorry we didn't post a review earlier. I have recommended them to many since our experience and will continue to do so!! Can't go wrong with this company - and they make sure to have the most experienced staff doing the work!!

We just had new kitchen cabinets put in & the floors done in our living & kitchen space as well as the stairway re-carpeted & we love it ALL! The space has never looked so good! Mike Devereaux walked us the entire process and was so great and easy to work with. He helped us design a gorgeous new kitchen space that is efficient and functional and that we just LOVE. Mike is personable, attentive, easy to communicate with (quick to respond via email or phone) and he and the installers helped us get the job completed by the date we requested. We couldn't be happier! This is the second project Mike has helped us with--last year we did the floors in the downstairs suite and entry way & they are beautiful too. I was impressed with the work Creative did three years ago on my guest bath and used them again on my master bath this past year. Unfortunately, the results were very different. They used the wrong grout color, the grout lines were inconsistent in thickness, the tiles were not straight, the accent tile was not straight, the brand new drywall on my walls was damaged in several places, the grout joints in the floor tile are wider than we wanted, you can clearly see the lines for the shower floor tile pieces, which should not be the case. We asked that they replace the shower completely and were told that would not be happening. They did agree to replace the tiles from the accent strip and higher and to die the grout on the remainder of the tile to the correct color. Now the grout does not ma

Very dissatisfied with Creative Interiors. We had our kitchen remodeled and use Creative Interiors for our tile. They quoted us a price and when we went to pay they said because of the tariffs it was now 10 percent more. BS. On top of that we had them come and measure for the floor. Over sold us four and half boxes of tile which they would not take back! Be very careful with this company.
