Creative Kitchen and Bath Remodeling

I just wanted to warn everyone about a couple of businesses in Kirkwood. I can’t emphasize enough what a mistake it would be to hire Jim Hubbard with Remodeling and Painting Experts, Inc and Susan Hubbard with Creative Kitchen and Bath. Jim Hubbard’s work is so poor and he’s caused so much damage to areas of my home that weren’t even in the scope of work that it’s going to cost me 10’s of thousands of dollars (based on bids I’m getting from contractors) to repair all of the damage during a project that was supposed to improve my home. New doors and trim were installed and painted by Jim. Walls were floated and painted. New crown was installed and painted. That work alone was done so poorly that bids from professional painters to fix the damage is coming in at $8,0000-$10,000. Newly re

It was so nice to have everything handled with one company. Susan helped us with our design and color choices (I was very indecisive and confused , so this was a huge deal for us) She respected our budget and stuck to the budget all through the process. The installation went smoothly. Plumbing, electrical...everything. I cant wait to have our first get together in our new Kitchen. I'm sure they will get referral from our family or friends when they see the beautiful kitchen they created for us

Absolutely no response after an in-home consultation for a kitchen renovation. A handful of phone calls and email attempts over two months, but zero response. I understand being busy, but I can't imagine operating a business this way. When seeing five stars, I looked closer after not hearing back. The ratings are from the people who work there. Hubbard was the person who came to our home. Don't bother.

We hired them for a bathroom remodeling job. What can I say, everything went smooth, new bathroom looks great and I have these guys to thank for it. They really did a great job staying on schedule and within my budget, which I appreciated. I have been telling all of my friends about them, which I'm sure they are sick of hearing about by now. But, I really like the end product.
