Creative Kitchens

Great experience! Cindy listened to my needs for a total kitchen/dining area/recreation room redo which were quite specific. After the initial on-site consultation that included a fully realized measurement of the floorplan, she devised a remodeling plan for me within 10 days and brought in a GREAT contractor to consult on the final approved project. Unexpected structural issues confronted us during the project but workarounds and solutions were quickly developed. Not being familiar with such extensive remodeling projects, my expected timeline for completion was unrealistic, but with Cindy and the contractor keeping me informed every step of the way, I felt in good hands. This massive project was completed over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday period, finishing just after January 1.

Very disappointed Creative Kitchens did not bother to get back to us. Spent hours creating detailed drawings myself and over an hour in the studio with Cindy who promised to return a quote. Instead we wasted the latter part of our appointment time talking about her upcoming cruise vacation and no quote or any attempt for further contact was made. Took our business elsewhere and now have a very nice kitchen!

I visited the showroom twice before having Cindy out to measure our kitchen for a complete remodel. Everything went smoothly, we seemed to really understand each other and what I wanted done. She said it would be a week before we could take a look at any mock-ups of the kitchen. That was fine. Two weeks passed and she never called so I called and was told the CAD department was slow, ok. Two more weeks and still nothing. I called a second time and was told it was almost done and that “she would be able to invite us to the showroom very soon” to review everything. That was two months ago. She has never called me. I totally understand all construction fields are backed up, I went into this project expecting it to be a 6 month ordeal.
