Used them for several years up until March 2015 for snow removal. In early Feb 2015, I contacted him to explain that my mother had suddenly died (crying as I told him) and I needed to get to her funeral the next morning and we were going to get snow that night. I politely said that I knew he usually plowed me later in the day after nighttime snows but asking this one time if he could get to me earlier due to her funeral starting at 10am. I explained that (at that time) I lived alone and couldn't shovel myself. I just needed to make sure I could get out of my driveway. He was sooooo upset and rude and acted like I was asking the world of him. He said just because "your mother decided to up and die" it doesn't make you first on my list. I canceled his services the next month. Even 11 years

This is the second time we've hired Creative to suggest trees and shrubs to plant in our yard and then install them. We were very happy the first time and this second time was just as great. Eric and his crew hand dug the holes due to the proximity to utility lines and dealt with the hard clay without complaint. We couldn't be happier with the trees, shrubs, installation and overall service. They also put down all the mulch while they were here. Will be calling Creative again when the need arises!

A+ Highly recommend! My wife and I were in desperate need of professional help re-doing out of control weed infested rock beds, as well as adding more beds around the house and a berm to the backyard. Eric took care of everything; made plant selections, designed proper placement, and helped us learn how to properly maintain our new landscape. Great communication, timely work done, and just really nice to work with! Eric even went above and beyond to staple down the wiring for my landscape lighting! If are looking for someone who is trustworthy to do a great job, this is the company to hire!

Eric came up with a beautiful, clean design for our front yard, completed the work early, and all at a reasonable price. He is honest, professional, and just great to work with. We will definitely be calling him again!
