Creative Renovations, LLC

Our experience with Creative Renovations and Sam was deeply disappointing. We trusted them to guide us correctly and to handle the permit process as outlined in our contract. Unfortunately, we later learned that the permits had not been properly handled or closed out, leaving us with significant issues to resolve. We were naive not to verify this ourselves at the time, and we have now spent over $150,000 addressing the resulting problems. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again.
