I have been using the folks at Creative Water for at least ten years, probably more. Stu, the owner, along with his son, Sam, have always serviced our home in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner. If we ever have an issue, we’re put on a service schedule quickly. We’ve never had a problem they didn’t fix and fix well. The folks who answer their phones are just as terrific, helping set up appointments, urgent or otherwise. The only time I’m sad is when they come to shut us down for the winter. And then equally as happy when they arrive in the spring to start things back up again. Thanks, as always, guys.

My experiences with Creative Water has always been positive. I’ve been able to work with the same gentlemen when turning on, adjusting and shutting down the system. I like that level of consistency. Additionally, the office is very responsive and friendly. I rate this local company 5+ stars.

Creative Water has taken care of all our plumbing needs for years, and they are the best! They also offer a summer sprinkler package which saves customers money on maintaining and enabling their sprinkler system. One time Creative took care of us to fix a broken water heater on a Saturday at 5pm to ensure that we had hot water in the middle of the winter. Highly recommended.

We have used Creative Water since 2006 - they are always outstanding in their service and the ease of scheduling appointments. Sam is the best - professional, courteous, knowledgable and just an all-a-round a pleasure.
