Stay away!!! I cannot recommend creators stone. We hired them to install quartz countertops. The countertops were not manufactured correctly. They tried to dodge responsibility and sent us to chase their distributor. This should not have been our responsibility. The distributor sent a the piece, creators stone tried to dodge new piece but creators stone tried to dodge the install. They finally installed after many calls and texts. They did not hook up the faucets and told me at the end that it would be my responsibility . Plumber bill to hook up faucets ($495) on top of that, while creators stone installers were here installing they damaged a cabinet door!! Creators stone said they would send someone out to repair. They then changed their minds morning of repair!!! Said my cabinets must

Although the general install process with Creator Stone was acceptable for the $25,000+ spent with this company, our service experience was horrible. We had issues with certain areas of the Cambria product we purchased, and after requesting service from Creator and not being able to get a return phone call after waiting four weeks, we eventually called Cambria direct. Cambira responded within 24 hours and scheduled a service appointment within 5 days. Jeremy eventually responded with a text message informing us that he was too busy with new business (typical Nashville "serial entrepreneur") and was not able to handle service calls in a timely manner. Would not recommend this company.

The ‘boss’ made the decision to upgrade the kitchen. I was not very excited at first. We have known Creator Stone for along time and know what kind of quality they produce. They have a wide variety of options to choose from and to fit any budget. In fact things went so well, we tackled the master bathroom as well. We are so pleased with how everything has turned out. This company has all the qualities we are looking for when making changes to our home. Big companies cannot deliver this kind of personal service. Thanks for what you guys do and how you deliver.
