Rocky was a huge help getting ready for this storm. He hunted down the parts I needed and got me set up. When I needed to cut over power he walked me through it over the phone. Amazing customer service, great prices and just all around good people. Would recommend to anyone.

The ice storm and a neighbors tree limb took out my power mast which just happened to be a secondary telephone pole in my yard not owned by NES. I called multiple electricians and companies looking to get my power back on. 2, never even responded to my multiple calls and emails, and 2, I felt were price gouging under the circumstances. I called Irwin Electric and they came out, inspected the damage, gave me the best price, and were honest enough to explain to me this wasn’t going to be a quick simple fix. Due to the massive damage all over the area and the amount of work required, it did take a few days but Rocky at Irwin, communicated with me through the whole process which was very assuring.
