Petitt Heating and Cooling

I called Petitt Heating and Cooling after my heat stopped working during the coldest winter storm in recent memory and was confident about contacting Petitt as i have used them for several years for all of my HVAC needs. From the first phone call that Bre answered on a Sunday night outside their normal work hours, they were incredibly kind, respectful, and patient, & even more wonderfully, were incredibly responsive and on a Sunday evening (again, outside their normal business hours), their Service examiner Jock was at my home within half an hour evaluating my old unit and helping me get setup for a new installation the very next morning less than 12 hours later. These guys were quick, amazing and very professional. Called today to get my unit serviced to find out it needed to be replaced. The company move my service appointment up, install a new one and get my heat up and running same day! Blown away at the service they provided!! Communication was outstanding! Would recommend this company to anyone!

Petitt Heating and Cooling was incredibly prompt and responsive. Wyatt arrived right on time, was very courteous and explained everything clearly. Such a great company. I had no heat and they came to fix it same day. Communication was excellent. Alec was very knowledgeable, explained everything, and even fixed some aged gas pipes that he didn’t have to. Then the replaced valve failed and he came out the next day to fix and over prepared making plans if it were to fail again. I can’t wait to recommend this company.

I respect a company that shoots you straight and doesn’t try to gouge you for stuff you dont need. I feel comfortable spending my hard earned money with a company that has ethics and morals, so hard to find these days. From the moment I called Petitt I knew I was in good hands. When Zech came out I was thinking I had to replace what is an almost 8 year old unit. He layed out multiple options as far as replacing or repairing. I was very thankful that he could get it up and running instead of replacing with the cold weather bering down on us in the next few days. I wasn’t sure how we could afford a new unit right here at Christmas time as we have 3 small children. I will be sure to have Pettit out in the spring to talk about finally replacing the unit and getting on a maintenance plan. Thank
