Not even a customer—just tried to charge my car for 5 minutes in the Tupelo Mall parking lot and one of the landscaping employees completely covered my car in dirt, leaves, and dust. My windows were open, so it all blew inside my vehicle as well. When I asked him to stop, he argued with me, claiming they “have to” do it. I understand they have a job to do, but I’ve seen plenty of landscapers in the area who take basic care to avoid blasting debris onto nearby cars. This crew didn’t seem to care at all. When I asked what company they worked for, he told me “Tupelo Landscaping,” which I later found out was false after snapping a picture of his shirt. This lawn service is paid to keep our neighborhood lawns looking well manicured and in pristine shape year round. I have been here for a little over a year. Sadly, this year's service is much poorer than last year's. The workers are doing the bare minimum and have not touched my back yard until today! When I looked out to see it when they were gone, it looked as if they had only used a weed eater! It looks like a jungle!! They are doing less and less and charging us more!

Randy & the team comes by our property every Monday, same time, every week. Always comes in our office to greet everyone and makes sure to ask if we need anything more from them (never!). Very satisfied with Creekmore, Randy, and Team!

This is Creekmore's second year at our business and the service in all aspects has been a world of difference from the previous landscape company! I've never seen a manager come to our office to keep us updated as much as Randy does as long as I've been in property management! I love his professionalism and he actually listens to our concerns, comes up with a game plan, and then executes! He's built such a rapport with us. The service men are also so courteous and very polite and they do a super thorough job. They are the absolute best and I will always recommend this company without hesitation.

Met with them in March to determine what i needed for my yard. Was told I was in line for mulch and replanting in several different existing beds in April. I was sent a quote for preliminary work including mulch and I approved this quote immediately. After several texts and email messages confirming my spot on their schedule…I am still waiting. I have heard nothing from them in the past 3 weeks. Thankfully, I was able to find another company to take care of my yard. Beyond Landscaping in Pontotoc did an amazing job and appreciated my business. Very disappointed in Creekmore. They were highly recommended.
