Good folks to do business with. They had plenty of options to choose from and competitively priced. They weren’t the cheapest option, but the assurance of being taken care of if something went wrong was worth the extra. We ordered the flooring on a Monday and the job was finished on Wednesday. Highly recommend these guys.
Not happy customer when it comes to billing. I paid in FULL right under 10k for flooring in my home in February at time of purchase. ( zero issues with the material and install) my issue is that WHY mid October am I getting bills in the mail and email stating there is a balance due? EIGHT MONTHS LATER!!!??? One would think IF a balance was due on an account (which I do not owe) there would be notification of it before 8 months passed. Loos like someone didn’t do book keeping properly and wanting to the customer to make up the loss. 1/10. Do not recommend for this reason.
Easy to work with, great price too. Carl did a great job, we’re very pleased with the results!
