He answered the phone right away and said he was only five minutes out. He quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me the burned/broken relay switch, replaced it, and had my heat back on during a very cold morning—all within the hour. Amazing service!”

Called one day near closing. He answered & we made an appt for him to come out the next morning. He came on time & had the part he suspected was the problem based on our phone conversation in the truck. He had it fixed & I had heat again within the hour. That was a few weeks ago now & I still have heat, it's working great, cutting off when it should, & not freezing over. Not sure of what it would've cost with other HVAC techs, but it was $150 for me with Irby (think that's his name). He seemed pretty knowledgeable and has been doing this for about 30 yrs. Somebody needs to learn from him as when he goes, I don't know who I'll call. So many "little guys" are getting absorbed by big companies\corporations. I try to support my local community members when possible.

I called on a Saturday evening because my AC quit working and it was 90 degrees in my home. I spoke with the owner and he said he would call me in the morning and set up a time to come out. The owner called exactly when he said he would and came to the house, diagnosed the problem immediately and his whole visit took about 30 minutes. Very professional and more than reasonably priced. I cannot recommend this company enough.

After a weekend of no AC I contacted a 24/7 tech line who was unresponsive. Monday came and I contacted numerous HVAC companies but everyone was booked out. Crescent Heating and Air Conditioning Inc came and saved the day. No more that two hours from contacting this company, there was already a tech at my door who showed up even earlier than was projected. This company was very professional from the beginning, time efficient and very affordable. Crescent Heating and Air Conditioning Inc has earned my business, respect and I will be contacting them for further jobs if needed. My wife and I have had Crescent Heating and Air taking care of our heat pumps before it became a company. Irby (the owner) is the most knowledgeable HVAC person that I have ever met, and I have had the displeasure of having to use others when Crescent wasn’t available when something went wrong. Never again will we allow anyone but Crescent touch our units. In fact, we just had two new units installed (one downstairs and one upstairs) and for each unit it took them about 4 hours to install, inspect and clean up. Irby also has unmatched integrity. He will not try you sell a unit if one is not needed and believe me, there a companies out there that would rather install a new unit than fix something that won’t pull in $$$$. Not Irby, he’ll fix it if he can. You will not go wrong with this comp
