Pro Lock Plus (Professional Locksmith Plus)

I was very impressed by how quickly I received response from my call at 9:15 a.m., I accidentally locked my keys to a file cabinet in a bag I put in the file the night before. It was neededbefore going to a doctor’s appointment during the afternoon . After reviewing locksmith options on the internet, calling, and talking with a young woman, I made a $94.79 deposit to ProLock online. She arrived 15 minutes later and was able to open the lock on the file in three minutes. I also had her to open an older file that I have been unable to open for a few months. I am not sure what happened to the key. She offered to see if she can locate one at her office, but I declined until I can check inside the file drawers. My experience was great personnel were very respectful and knowledgeable able to program my truck keys and made sure to inform me on every step of the process when working on key reprogramming. Definitely would recommend I had trouble since my truck was full of keys so they reset and erased my keys so I’d be able to add the new key.

Best locksmith in area. I lost my master key and fob and had to replace them. When I contacted Dave, he told me to stop by anytime to address the issue without an appointment. Dave was able to create two master keys and fobs using my spare key/fob. He reprogrammed a third key for free all done under an hour. He patiently explained each component of the process, the parts required, and provided me a detailed estimate. A completely reliable, trustworthy, courteous, friendly, and professional business.
