Best floor shopping experience we’ve had! I visited about seven other stores before coming here, and none offered the quality—or the long, wide planks—I was looking for. Crescent Valley Flooring had an excellent selection with beautiful colors and high-quality materials. We chose a laminate that looks like real wood, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They responded quickly to my Instagram message, which immediately made a great impression. Art, Vahan and the team at Crescenta Valley Flooring did an incredible job. We just bought our first house and wanted to get the floors replaced (the old laminate floors had scratches). They were responsive and professional, providing an estimate promptly after visiting to take measurements. CVF was even able to install the vinyl flooring while we were away on a family emergency. Art checked in by text and email, and sent progress photos to keep us posted on the work. We had them install new carpeting in a bedroom also, and are very impressed with that as well. The quality of work speaks for itself. We will definitely go to them again for any future flooring needs.

Cannot begin to describe the wondering experience I had changing my floors with Crescent Valley Flooring. It all started with Art who was patient, knowledgeable, and intelligent. He was able to direct me to exactly what I wanted for style and quality. This is the type of business where owners are focused on making the customer happy. The installation with Jorge and Carlos went smoothly and everything was done to my expectations. I wish there were more businesses like this where the owner cares about the customer's happiness with services provided.
