Orion HVAC

I have used Orion this year for a new a/c install and for a recent heating repair and could not be more satisfied with their service. Their company is full of warm people from Yuri and Victor to Tim and Rasul, they were all a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them for any of your hvac needs.

I was assigned Orion by my home warranty company. I admit that I was leery because I haven't have a lot of luck with the vendors that they've sent out. They were the second company to come out to check my AC. The first one made up some crazy reason for failure. But Orion turned out to be great! Scheduling with the office was easy, and the tech Egor was very nice, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He diagnosed my problem correctly and I was able to get it fixed.

Where do I begin? Orion HVAC’s service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Talk about a team that seems very cohesive and not only dealing with customer inquiries, but scheduling, and workmanship. They provided me with excellent service. They helped me decide on the best equipment for my needs, dealt with the insurance/warranty company, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. The team that they sent to my home for the installation was so professional. They made the necessary modifications, had superb attention to detail, and made me feel that my requests were important to address. Excellent customer service. Asked what issues I was having before going up on the roof. Actually listened to my concerns and addressed each one. Explained what he found wrong and identified issues I should address. Very professional and customer oriented. I would highly recommend them. Jimmy went above and beyond to get my unit going in a minimal amount of time. Thank you Jimmy!

Kostya came by and did an absolutely wonderful job. Very detailed in listening to the problem and doing everything to fix. I would definitely use Orion HVAC again.
