Our very old well pump stopped working Monday evening. I called Megan at Cresswell on Tuesday morning, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She quickly dispatched Scott, who was inundated with calls, and he arrived shortly after 11 a.m. Megan called me to let me know Scott was on his way, since I was at work. Scott came, and within 20 minutes our water was flowing again! Fortunately for all involved, it was just an electrical part that had failed and was a relatively quick fix. Oddly enough, Scott was the original installer of our well pump when the house was built back in 1981! Now I see why Cresswell has such great reviews. Between the reliable and friendly service and competitive rates, they are well-deserved. Believe the reviews - they're accurate. Thank you Scott and Me

Excellent experience! We had a problem with the water pressure and not getting water all of the time and low pressure. Brian was very professional, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable! He found the source of the problem, quickly and we have water again. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend!
