The inspector explained the process clearly, took detailed samples, and made sure everything was handled safely. The report I received was well-documented, straightforward, and gave me exactly what I needed to move forward with confidence. I had basement water damage. Servicemaster (great company) did the mitigation. Then a call to Sunshine. Tanya took a sample and it came back with the discovery of asbestos in the tile glue. What could have been a major snafu, was converted into a rewarding experience. The entire Sunshine team were polite, concerning, efficient and highly skilled.
