CrewPros Home Services and Remodeling

It has taken me a while to write this review and honestly, enough things have accumulated over time to finally prompt this review. Knowing all of the below, I would have never picked these guys. They were recommended by our realtor and we bought the house while out of state so we didn't know any better at that time. CrewPros did some of the inspections and repairs on a home we bought in April 2022. Their repairs were shoddy, they didn't prioritize our repairs as not all of them were in the thousands (the staff literally told me this). The electrician they brought in to inspect the electric panel never informed us that the panel was a fire hazard and not up to code. And the list continues. Update Feb 27, 2026 after company response: I very much made my voice and concerns heard at that time

We have been searching for a fair and reputable company to help us remove a jacuzzi tub and replace with a walk in shower so we could take care of our disabled son in a healthy and safe way. Crew Pros was exceptionally kind, very quick to respond, and incredibly fair with an affordable price. We have been struggling with trying to start this remodel for 2 years, as my son’s insurance would only assist with installing an insert, which we felt was not a safe option for our son. Patrick was awesome. Had several issues with my insurance company and he walked me through the issues kept in communication with me. Until we were able to get those issues resolved. My house turned out better than I imagined, and they did such an awesome job!!!!
