More headaches than the service. We honestly kept the business card just to give people we don’t like. So much more repair I have to do because of the son. Maybe if dad came out it wouldn’t be an issue. Son had to video chat dad the whole time. I literally have 1 k or more of damages because of son. Reckless. Not careful. Literally was spitting chewing tobacco in front of me which make me want to vomit but also threw his dip in my yard to clean up!! In front of me!! He told me dad taught him. Dad he needs more lessons if he’s going to be the face of your business.

My experience with Cribbs plumbing was nothing less than impeccable. Mr. Jerry and his son have both come to my home for repairs, and I can honestly say I was very impressed by their professionalism and timeliness. They both went above their expected duties and took the time to not only educate me on ways to make repairs myself, but they also explained to me the process and procedures they used to make repairs to my plumbing issues. I really appreciated the good nature and honesty of both Mr. Jerry and Alex and I look forward to working with them again in the future. They are an example that there's still some good honest people left in this world, and I would recommend their business to anyone. This company did a fantastic job from start to finish. They are also highly personal and great with customer service. A rarity in this new generation of companies. Very old school customer service and pleasant to work with.

My home warranty company had referred me to a different plumbing company and after 5 weeks on no results they contacted Cribbs & Son Plumbing. Communication and service was excellent. Part was ordered and replaced with in a week with follow up on a timely manner. Thank you so much for great service.

Have had both the father and the son here for a few warranty issues over the last several years. They both work fast and efficiently, and they document anything that the warranty company needs. Would definitely recommend in the future!
