After months of looking for anyone to tackle this job, Cricket and their team knocked it out with ease. Quick and professional! Wonderful work and friendly people all around. I’ll include our before/afters.

I found cricket lawn services to be responsive and their staff friendly, a pleasure to work with - they get the job done.

Terrible customer service. I set up an appointment to have them at my house on a certain day so I could be there in case they needed the water shut off as it is inside the house. I waited all day and they did not show. I called Robin and she said she forgot to relay the appointment. I understand that people get busy and can forget things. She promised me they would be there on Monday. Again, no show and no phone call or text to let me know what was going on. I called and left a message for them to contact me to verify what was happening... Never did get a call back or message. I called another company who showed up on the date and time they promised and got the work done. I would not recommend Cricket Lawn service to anyone!!

Watched owner of this place plowing business parking lot from my office window and was horrified! He was driving like a mad man on icy lot barely missing parked cars, one of which was mine. I almost had an anxiety attack. I hope our property manager will find someone else to do the work!

Thought they did a good job of getting my leaves in the yard completely picked up...although they ripped out two of my underground sprinkler heads and I mean ripped out. Called twice to see what we can do about this, both times insured a call back to which I never recieved...........
